Mexico City International Airport (MEX/AICM) is the main airport serving the city. It's about 20-40 minutes from our wedding areas (Condesa, Roma Norte, and Polanco) depending on traffic.
Do I need a visa or passport?
US citizens need a valid passport to enter Mexico. No visa is required for stays under 180 days.
How do I get from the airport to my hotel?
Taxi and Uber are the most convenient options and cost around $20-40 USD to get to popular areas like Roma Norte, Polanco or Condesa.
Will there be a hotel room block or recommendations for accommodations?
We are currently finalizing hotel room block details and additional accommodation recommendations for our guests. This information will be shared here as soon as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience and check back soon for more details!
How do I get around Mexico City?
Uber is the easiest way to get around the city and is very affordable.
What should I eat?
Please check our "Travel" tab in the near future for more information on places to eat and drink.
What currency should I bring?
Mexican pesos (MXN). ATMs are widely available all over the city, and most to all restaurants accept credit cards. US dollars are sometimes accepted but you'll get a better rate with pesos.
We recommend exchanging cash once you arrive in Mexico rather than at the US airport!
What's the weather like?
In April, Mexico City typically has warm and dry weather.
Daytime highs are 77–86°F and nighttime lows are 50–59°F. Our wedding venue is indoors.
What's the dress code?
Dress code details coming soon!
Are kids welcome?
Although we adore your children, our wedding events are adults-only.
